Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We bring the standard professional cleaning products and equipment required to complete your service. Any specialist requirements will be discussed before booking.
Are you insured?
Yes. Azvera has business insurance appropriate to the cleaning services we provide, with relevant details available to commercial clients where required.
How do I get a quote?
Choose the service you require and complete the relevant quote form. Depending on the service, we may request additional information, property photos or arrange a site visit before confirming your quotation.
Are the prices shown on your website final?
Our website prices are starting prices based on standard service requirements. Your exact price will be confirmed before booking once we understand the property, premises and cleaning requirements.
Do you offer one-off and regular cleaning?
Yes. We offer one-off services such as end of tenancy cleaning alongside regular services including commercial cleaning and Airbnb turnovers.

Questions About Our Services
What is included in an end of tenancy clean?
Our standard end of tenancy service provides comprehensive cleaning throughout the property and includes oven cleaning, fridge/freezer cleaning, cupboards and drawers, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms and accessible internal windows. Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally, personal belongings and rubbish should be removed before the clean. This allows us to access the areas included within the cleaning specification and complete the service efficiently.
Is oven cleaning included?
Yes. Internal and external oven cleaning is included within our standard end of tenancy cleaning service.
Do you offer carpet and upholstery cleaning?
Yes. Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning can be added where required, with prices starting from £75. Your exact price will depend on the areas or items requiring cleaning.
Do you guarantee the return of my tenancy deposit?
No cleaning company can control a landlord or letting agent's final deposit decision. We instead focus on completing the agreed cleaning specification thoroughly and to a professional standard.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Do you change the bed linen during a turnover?
Yes. Stripping used beds and making them with clean, client-provided linen is included within the agreed turnover service.
Do you provide linen or laundry services?
Our standard turnover service uses clean linen provided by the client. Linen supply and laundry are not currently included as standard and any alternative arrangements would need to be agreed separately.
Can you replenish guest consumables?
Yes. Replenishment from client-provided stock can form part of the agreed turnover service. Azvera can also provide agreed guest consumables as an additional service, charged from £15 plus the cost of supplies.
Will you report damage or maintenance issues?
During the turnover we can carry out a visual check and report obvious damage, missing items or maintenance concerns that we notice. This is not a formal property inspection.
Can you work around guest check-in and check-out times?
Yes, subject to availability. Turnover schedules are agreed around the property's check-out and check-in requirements so we can plan the appropriate cleaning window.
Airbnb Turnovers
Do you provide regular commercial cleaning?
Yes. We provide scheduled commercial cleaning for offices, commercial premises and shared buildings. The cleaning frequency and specification are agreed around the requirements of your premises.
Can commercial cleaning take place outside normal working hours?
Yes, subject to availability. Early morning, evening and weekend cleaning can be discussed when arranging your service.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
Pricing depends on the size and layout of the premises, cleaning frequency, required cleaning specification and access arrangements. Regular services may be quoted at a fixed price per visit or monthly rate following an assessment of the premises.
Do you offer communal stair cleaning?
Yes. Communal stair and shared-area cleaning is available for residential blocks, property managers and other shared buildings, with regular cleaning starting from £30 per visit.
Can you work with a business that already has a cleaning contractor?
Yes. We can discuss additional cleaning support, one-off requirements or an alternative service if your existing arrangements are no longer meeting the needs of your premises.
